SSC English Language Syllabus- English Language covers following questions section:
English Language, its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms and its correct usage, etc
General Intelligence & Reasoning- It includes the Verbal and Non- Verbal Type Questions. The question Paper includes topic are:
Analogies, similarities and differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series etc.
Numerical Aptitude- Candidates have face to some numerical and arithmetic questions such as:
Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, use of Tables and Graphs, Menstruation, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work, etc.
General Awareness- In this section candidates have face to general knowledge questions of current events and of such matters of everyday observation. The questions are related Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research etc.
